First Investors' Headquarters Moves to 110 Wall Street

New York, NY, July 30, 2007 - First Investors' headquarters has relocated to 110 Wall Street in the heart of New York City's financial district. The Company now occupies the entire fourth floor and half of the fifth floor of this building.

"First Investors has been a part of the Wall Street community for many years, and we're happy that we could remain in this vibrant neighborhood," said Kathryn S. Head, Chairman.

The Company has several key departments housed at 110 Wall Street, including Portfolio Management, Executive Sales, Marketing, Legal and the home office of First Investors Life Insurance Company.
